Perth Hills Respite - Healing weekend retreat
This Wonderful two night retreat is designed for maximum relaxation and, through guided deep soul cleansing processes, we will begin to free up emotional blockages and show you how to enable your physical body to start its natural healing process.
What you can expect from the retreat is an awakening to some deep realisations regarding your physical body and the higher functions of your inner mind (higher self), and how you can use these insights to elevate your mental and physical wellness.

Lake Nenia is a dedicated Boutique Event Venue, set amongst tranquil surrounds on the edge of the jarrah forrest in Mundaring
Accommodation
Accommodation is Friday and Saturday night in 1 of 4 Stunning short stay properties in the Perth Hills, The Nest Treehouse, The Retreat, The Laneway Garage and Little Birdhouse. Accomodation, meals, snacks, drinks and transport to Lake Nenia are included in your stay.
Activities
Your weekend will start with a meet & greet on Friday evening with a nurturing women's circle and sharing a delicious meal together
Saturday will begin with a delicious, healthy breakfast and fresh juice while we watch a short inspirational film. Next it's onto the floor to learn some relaxing yoga stretches to improve your flexibility and create a place for mindfulness and stress relief which you can practice at home
After a light morning tea and wander around the lake you'll be guided through a powerful meditation technique used by gurus to elevate self-healing.
Next we'll guide your through a simple process to help you get in touch with your deepest self & uncover emotional blockages (that you might not even know you had). We'll show you how to release them quickly and easily from your subconcious mind through a process of love and gratitude
There is nothing more beautiful than sharing in circle with women and a perfect lead into a lunch shared with new friends
After lunch, you'll be treated to a wonderful sound healing, opening our chakras and releasing old trapped energy on a quantum level.
Our day is focussed on teaching you the art of self-love and self-healing and creating new friendships through sharing and community.
Your retreat will finish with the setting sun, a tasting of Beelu Forrest Distilling Company's gin and a light dinner overlooking the peaceful water
